Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the booking are non-refundable.
No-shows will be charged the full amount.

All prices are in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT where applicable.
Prices are transparent with no hidden fees.
Tolls, parking, and additional stop fees (if applicable) will be communicated upfront.

We accept EFT, credit/debit cards, and approved digital payments.
LUGGAGE POLICY
Each passenger is allowed 1 standard suitcase and 1 carry-on bag.
Extra luggage may incur an additional charge.
